Gas Leak Under Investigation In Doylestown: Officials (Updated)

Crews are at the scene of a reported gas leak in Doylestown, borough police said Wednesday, July 10.

The leak happened in the Doylestown Hunt Estates housing development just before noon, according to authorities.

Steeplechase Drive is closed from South Main Street to Birdsong Way while police and firefighters investigate, they added.

UPDATE: PECO crews are on the scene repairing the issue and Steeplechase Drive is back open for through traffic, police said Wednesday afternoon.
